Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team in delivering high-quality care. The role emphasizes strong business acumen, operational oversight, and staff coaching to enhance the patient experience.

The position requires prior medical office exposure, attention to corporate policies, and the ability to manage daily office activities while supporting doctors and staff. A completion of a background check and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location.
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating any changes or news in a supportive and constructive way.
• Assist with executing day-to-day operations of the office.
• Assist leading the office by guiding them to success through focused support and coaching as directed by the Office Manager.
• Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager.
