ConvenientMD in the United States is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see, greeting visitors, registering new and returning patients, and handling payments in a fast-paced clinic.

You will work with the clinical team to manage reservations, assist with referrals, maintain records across systems, and ensure a welcoming, organized front desk experience while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
