Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant to join the Glenbrook Hospital team in Glenview, IL. This full-time role supports physicians with front desk tasks, patient registration, and basic clinical activities.

The position offers a predictable schedule, potential phlebotomy duties, and opportunities to grow within a large integrated health system that serves the community. A high school diploma and CPR certification are required, with medical assistant training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Collect co-payments
• Complete patient registration
• Provide administrative support to the physician practice
• Check in and check out patients
• Verify insurances
• Greet patients and escort to exam room
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for visit
• Provide front office support as needed
• Perform basic vitals (BP, height, weight)
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required
