Qualifications

• Specialized Medical Assistant diploma or completion of MA course.
• Proficient in EMR systems with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• BLS certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out patients, verify insurance, collect payments.
• Schedule appointments and maintain EMR records.
• Assist providers during examinations and prepare exam rooms.
• Handle lab specimens and medications; support post-discharge follow-ups.
