Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma as a Medical Assistant or LVPG Medical Assistant Trainee course.

• Proficiency in EMR systems, word processing, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out patients and verify insurance.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic workflow.

• Assist providers with patient information gathering and room preparation.
• Collect samples, prepare requisitions, and support procedures.
• Perform follow-up calls within 2–3 days post-discharge.
