Connecticut GI, a division of GI Alliance, is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for our New Britain Care Center. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experience through scheduling, insurance updates, and accurate data entry in Epic EMR.

You will support a collaborative team in a fast-growing gastroenterology practice. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a medical front desk role, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• 3+ years in a professional, in-person role, preferably in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule office visits and confirm appointments.
• Update patient insurance and demographic information.
• Answer incoming calls and document using Epic EMR.
• Process insurance authorizations when required.
• Monitor provider schedules and correct errors as needed.
