Job summary

Aylo Health, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide outstanding customer/patient services via phone and in person. This part-time float role covers multiple North Georgia locations, including Ball Ground, Hickory Flat, Canton, Woodstock, and Kennesaw.

Typical shifts are 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with some 10:00 AM–7:00 PM variations. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle billing tasks, and support daily office operations while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; Medical Receptionist Certificate a plus.
• 1+ year of medical office receptionist experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate with entry-level working knowledge.
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for patients and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Greet patients and determine the purpose of visit; direct them accordingly.
• Maintain patient accounts by updating personal and financial information.
• Record and collect patient charges; manage third-party claims.
• Keep waiting areas clean and organized; assist with data entry and phones.
• Transfer calls as needed; support call center to ensure patient help.
• Ensure safety and security; protect confidential information.
