The role requires up to 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and the ability to float between clinics. Customer-service oriented candidates with strong communication skills are preferred.

• Customer service experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts during week or weekend.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in waiting area.
• Check in patients, verify insurances, update information, collect copay.
• Assist patients and coordinate with clinical staff; answer calls.
• Maintain a neat waiting room and assist ambulatory patients as needed.
• Open/close clinic procedures and perform clerical duties.
