Job summary

Swish Dental is seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our Austin studio. You will ensure a welcoming environment, coordinate patient flow with the clinical team, and manage insurance-related tasks and payment plans.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in coding, and strong patient communication. Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least 1 year in dental or customer service roles.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for patient communication and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year dental experience required; 1+ year customer service preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Assist in coordinating studio patient flow and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinical team to chart and code according to ADA guidelines.
• Present and schedule clinical procedures; set up payment plan agreements.
