Job summary

Swish Dental in Austin, TX is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily office operations and optimize patient flow. You will oversee front desk activities, guide morning huddles, analyze reports, and ensure accurate patient accounts and coding in ADA guidelines.

We value hands-on managers with dental software experience (OpenDental, Apteryx, Modento preferred), strong communication, and a commitment to a patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of dentistry experience and 1+ years of management experience required.
• Experience with OpenDental, Apteryx and Modento preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide morning huddles and analyze reports.
• Audit and correct patient accounts before deadlines.
• Maintain and optimize patient/provider scheduling.
• Complete end-of-day duties and ensure financial performance.
• Collaborate with clinical team on charting and ADA coding guidelines.
• Train others on relevant job skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to state, federal, and local compliance standards.
