You will explain insurance benefits, assist with treatment planning, and help patients understand costs and financing while maintaining a friendly, organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day duties of front office staff.
• Discuss clinical treatment options with patients.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain parental approval before treatment.
• Explain insurance benefits and financing options with the patient/parents.
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance or visit.
• Assist office manager with claims and codes.
• Understand pre-authorizations, narratives, and PA/intraoral photo submissions.
• Provide support to the Greeter and Insurance Specialist.
• Clean/maintain front office area/lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
