The role emphasizes building trust, following up consistently, and helping the practice increase case acceptance while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You’ll welcome patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate records, while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Experience in dental front office or patient relations preferred.
• Comfort discussing treatment plans and fees with patients.
• Understanding of insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities.
• ADA code knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience from check-in through check-out.
• Present and explain treatment plans, fees, and next steps to patients.
• Review insurance benefits and estimated patient portions.
• Discuss payment and financing options with patients and answer questions.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and rescheduling efficiently.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
