Job summary

Swish Dental is a privately owned dental practice in Austin, TX focused on patient-centered care and a welcoming culture. We are seeking a highly motivated Studio Manager (Office Manager) to lead daily operations and support our clinical team.

You will analyze reports, audit patient accounts, manage scheduling, ensure ADA coding accuracy, and train staff, while maintaining a team-first, patient-first mentality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of dentistry and management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Guide morning huddles and analyze reports.
• Audit patient accounts and ensure accuracy before deadlines.
• Manage scheduling for patients and providers; coordinate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinical team and ensure ADA coding accuracy.
• Maintain team-first culture and ensure compliance standards.
• Train staff on relevant job skills and knowledge.
