Job summary

Swish Dental is seeking a Studio Manager (Office Manager) to lead daily operations in our Austin dental practice. The role supports scheduling, patient accounts, and cross-functional collaboration with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate coding in ADA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has dentistry-related experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, team-first approach to maintain a welcoming, efficient studio environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental terminology.
• Experience in dental office management or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide morning huddles
