Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Center Coordinator to ensure efficient patient flow and top‑tier service. This full‑time, day shift role offers 4‑10 hour shifts and no nights or weekends, with opportunities for growth in a patient‑centered healthcare team.

• Reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Willingness to travel to CVR Clinics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient charts are up to date and HIPAA compliant.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient.
• Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department.
• Ensure data input for one-month surveys is complete.
• Ensure that inventory counts are performed daily and uploaded to the team site.
• Confirm that Daily Close is completed correctly each night.

Schedule and Locations:

• Monday and Wednesday
• Tuesday and Thursday
• 7 AM - 5:30 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts

Center Coordinator Responsibilities

The Center Coordinator is responsible for efficient patient flow, superior customer service, attaining monthly goals/ performance indicators, data entry, schedule and treatment plan management, and patient retention.

• Ensure compliance in all assigned centres that all patient charts are up to date, HIPAA compliant, proper input of demographics, procedures, payments into the database
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient throughout care.
• Send precertification forms at the close of business daily to the Precertification Department to account for all patients that require authorization prior to services being rendered
• Ensure centres are compliant with the collection and data input for one‑month surveys
• Ensure that the Surgical Assistant completes the inventory count daily and uploads it to the team site
• Confirm that assigned centres perform/complete the Daily Close correctly at the close of business each night
