Riverside Healthcare seeks an organized Front Desk Registration Staff member to be the first contact for patients and visitors. You will manage registrations, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and handle payments for a smooth registration process.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be able to work within an EMR system, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous front desk/registration experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and escort to exam rooms.
• Answer phones, take messages, and address questions efficiently.
• Assist with electronic registration and accurate EMR data entry.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain front desk and reception areas in a professional manner.
