Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge and a personalized experience to each patient about Premium Cannabis products.
• Ensures patient questions are resolved quickly and communicates requests to management.
• Oversees patient intake and maintains confidentiality of records.
• Receives, coordinates, and fulfills patient orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintains a clean, stocked dispensary and delivers a patient-first experience.
• Follows compliance practices and prevents diversion of medical cannabis to unauthorized persons.
