Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Dispensary Technician to deliver an extraordinary patient experience in our Ohio location. You will guide customers through product options, answer questions, and ensure accurate processing of orders in a compliant, respectful environment.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you’ll handle cash and POS transactions, maintain inventory, and help keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in retail or customer service; cannabis experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge to patients and explain potential benefits of products.
• Process patient orders accurately using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality per policy and state laws.
• Receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in inventory counts and keep the dispensary stocked and clean.
• Support a positive, inclusive store environment and exceptional patient experience.
