Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in retail or other customer service position; cannabis experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass all background checks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and team members.
• Experience with cash handling and POS/inventory control systems.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experiences to patients by explaining benefits of cannabis products.
• Resolve patient questions or concerns quickly; communicate unresolved issues to management.
• Oversee patient intake and maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Use POS and inventory systems to receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming dispensary environment with a patient-first focus.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily inventory counts.
