Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment across New Jersey clinics. You will administer TMS and Spravato therapies, prepare equipment, verify medication details, and monitor patient safety while documenting visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to connect with patients and maintain patient-centered care.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to learn in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy according to guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review all medication and treatment information with each patient.
• Monitor patient safety and clinical accuracy during treatment.
• Take vitals for Spravato sessions and obtain informed consent.
• Document and collect information to submit REMS monitoring forms.
• Benchmark treatment progress using PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI scales.
• Ensure quality patient care with empathy, active listening, and trust.
• Record session notes and collaborate with the team to coordinate care.
• Greet patients warmly and assist with scheduling and payments.
• Explain basic insurance and billing matters to patients as needed.
• Support administrative tasks related to treatments and scheduling.
