Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guarantors and collect necessary information at the workstation or bedside.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions and concerns promptly.
• Verify insurance benefits, obtain cards, confirm coverage, and determine filing order.
• Obtain pre-certifications/authorizations and explain consent forms.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals and discharge tasks as needed.
