Job summary

Responsibilities

• Register, preregister, schedule, reschedule and discharge patients per guidelines.
• Verify patient records, update EHR, and obtain necessary signatures.
• Balance daily cash and prepare cash logs and reports.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility as required.
• Support PAR lead with QA audits and staff scheduling.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients and co-workers.
