Responsibilities

• Audit admission packets and verify benefits with patient demographics in accounting system.
• Counsel patients/guarantors on financial obligations and collect out-of-pocket costs.
• Complete financial disclosure paperwork for patients requesting assistance, verify income/expenses.
• Prepare adjustment forms for charity or admin adjustments for approval.
• Prepare promissory notes for payment arrangements.
• Update logs on upfront collection, charity, and admin adjustments; review weekly with BOD.
• Interpret data from systems and initiate timely actions to secure payment.
