Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Social Services or hospital admitting or related area.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and/or family members.
• Document and maintain activity records during patient accounting.
• Perform financial clearance including collections and assist with Financial Assistance.
• Follow up on government applications and liaise with patients to enable program eligibility.
• Conduct field visits for skip tracing or document assistance.
• Notify case management and admissions about determinations.
