Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year collection experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to meet qualifications for an AZ Fingerprint Clearance card

Responsibilities

• Verifying patient insurance benefits and translating information to the client
• Exhibiting excellent customer service
• Maintaining strong verbal and written communication
• Collecting deductibles and copays
• Processing credit card payments
• Performing account research and inquiry assistance
• Enforcing hospital financial policy in sound arrangements
• Maintaining professional communication with internal and external clients
• Utilizing Excel and Word in daily work
• Behavioral Health experience is preferred
• HEA and AZ AHCCCS experience is a plus
