• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program; one-year PAR experience preferred to access lead.
• Current National Certification as Medical Assistant required.
• Basic Life Support for providers (AHA) required.
• Experience using EMR systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register and greet patients; check-in and verify insurance details.
• Schedule appointments and assist with financial screening and forms.
• Assist with billing documentation and eligibility determinations.
• Support with patient financial aid applications and program enrollment.
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams to ensure smooth flow.
