Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Patient Financial Services professional to support patient relations and revenue cycle activities in a hospital setting. You will identify and resolve inquiries, communicate with patients and insurers, and help ensure timely resolution of accounts.

Responsibilities include understanding billing policies, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills demonstrated in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with hospital or professional billing and collections is preferred.
• Ability to interpret payor contracts and billing policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient relations support within the Revenue Cycle to identify, analyze, resolve, and respond to inquiries and issues.
• Responds to patient, insurer, and third-party inquiries to bring accounts to final resolution.
• Negotiates and documents payment plans within established policies.
