Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in patient financial services or medical billing in a hospital business office, or 5 years of experience without degree.

Responsabilités

• Identifies and coordinates all aspects of financial obligations for private pay patients.
• Includes patient relations, physician liaison regarding financial liabilities, deposit estimates and collection.
• Ensures that customer needs and/or complaints related to financial services are responded to and documented in a timely and professional manner to support organizational goals, system improvements and recovery strategies.
