• 3 years of experience in patient financial services or medical billing in a hospital business office or five years of experience without degree

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate all aspects of financial obligations for private pay patients.
• Coordinate with patient relations and physician liaison regarding financial liabilities.
• Deposit estimates and collection activities; respond to customer needs and/or complaints related to financial services and document findings.
