Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service across multiple channels (phone, chat, email, in person).
• Collect maximum, targeted dollars on assigned self-pay accounts while upholding confidentiality and courtesy.
• Document interactions accurately in systems and ensure first contact resolution where possible.
• Coordinate with care teams, insurance providers, and third parties to resolve inquiries and set up payment arrangements.
• Identify potential issues impacting customer satisfaction and escalate appropriately.
