Responsibilities

• Pre-registration and registration coordination with clinical care teams.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Provide financial counseling and explain billing options to patients.
• Assist uninsured patients in identifying funding resources.
• Act as liaison between patient, PFS, and payer to maximize reimbursement.
• Collect deposits and co-payments where applicable.
• May lead and train other financial team members.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
