Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach to patients at financial risk and assist with alternative payment programs.
• Process Financial Assistance applications and post related adjustments/refunds.
• Document accounts receivable data and ensure accurate payer information in the billing system.
• Verify benefits and COB order and keep field updates for timely bill submission.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and perform other duties as assigned.
