Qualifications

• Call/service center experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and preregistration functions with data accuracy.
• Verify insurance benefits, plan codes, and COB as needed.
• Explain financial responsibilities to patients and families.
• Assist with authorization/referral coordination and data entry.
• Deliver positive patient experience and support team needs.
• Maintain policies, attend trainings, and support process improvements.
