Collaboration with clinicians, scheduling, and administrative teams will be essential to ensure a smooth patient experience and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in dental or medical financial coordination, insurance verification, billing, or treatment coordination.
• Understanding of insurance benefits and ability to help patients navigate coverage.
• Clear, professional, and compassionate communication, especially about costs.
• Comfort discussing money and financing options with patients.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and determine coverage for treatment.
• Prepare treatment estimates and explain expected out-of-pocket costs clearly.
• Explain deductibles, coverage limitations, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities.
• Present available financing options and payment plans to fit patients' needs.
