Acworth Smiles Dentistry is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists, educate patients on treatment options, and drive case acceptance through financial options. You will support clinicians, handle pre-authorizations, and maintain patient confidentiality in a fast-paced practice environment.

The role emphasizes PPE and PFL, daily huddles, and adherence to the PDS Brand while contributing to productive schedules and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Experience in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Dentists to obtain financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and options.
• Overcome common patient objections to start treatment.
• Support clinicians to keep schedules productive.
• Assist with insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Represent PPE and create Patients for Life (PFL).
• Attend daily huddles and team meetings as required.
• Understand business metrics and impact on results.
• Uphold PDS Brand and professional conduct.
• Support Mouth Body Connection and clinical excellence.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidential patient records.
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements.
