Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists to secure financial commitments for suggested treatments and keep schedules productive. You will educate patients on options, overcome objections, and manage pre-authorizations while upholding a Perfect Patient Experience.

The role emphasizes financial options knowledge, patient advocacy, and collaboration with clinicians to deliver Patients for Life across Reno offices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient insurances and how to explain options to patients.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss treatment costs and payment options.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to obtain patient financial commitments.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and payment options.
• Overcome objections and support case acceptance.
• Obtain necessary pre-authorizations for treatment when needed.
• Maintain PPE and promote a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL).
• Support daily huddles, team meetings, and other required sessions.
