Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists to secure financial commitments and start urgent treatments. You will educate patients on treatment options, overcome objections, and guide them through financing options, ensuring a Perfect Patient Experience.

This role supports office operations, attends daily huddles and team meetings, and maintains compliance with company policies. Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and funding.
• Gain a financial commitment to start prescribed dentistry.
• Assist patients in understanding PDS systems and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Support HC handoff with clinicians on every exam.
• Be the SME on available financial options to fit patient budgets.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Ensure office demonstrates the Comprehensive Care Model and drives referrals.
• Participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and impact on metrics.
• Maintain PDS brand stewardship and professional demeanor.
