Job summary

North American Dental Sleep Management LLC (NADSM) is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator in the Austin area. You’ll be the first friendly voice patients hear, scheduling appointments and supporting our clinicians to keep daily operations running smoothly.

No healthcare experience is required, but strong communication, organization, and a desire to help people are essential. This role offers growth in a healthcare setting with a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and know when to ask for guidance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for new, return, and follow-up visits.
• Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
• Answer questions about appointments and next steps.
• Create a welcoming, supportive experience through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support front desk tasks and learn office processes as needed.
