PDS Health in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and help gain financial commitments for treatment. You will educate patients on treatment options, explain financing, and support PPE and PFL through a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office practices, technology, and patient insurances.
• Travel might be required between offices.
• Prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsabilités

• Models company culture, values, standards, and best practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry that the Dentist is diagnosing.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in making the best decision.
• Executes the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on available financial options to fit patient budgets.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations for patients as needed.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts metrics.
• Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand.
• Know Mouth Body Connection and support clinical excellence.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
