Job summary

UPMC's MS Care Center is seeking a Patient & Family Concierge to support MS patients through check-in and check-out and to join a dedicated care team focused on compassionate, patient-centered service.

This role coordinates destinations, transportation, environmental and dietary services, telehealth cart setup, and supply management while upholding privacy and hospital policies to ensure a seamless, positive patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or active enrollment in HS/GED).
• Previous health care or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families with check-in and check-out and provide general information.
• Coordinate patient destinations and escort services while respecting privacy and hospital policies.
• Assist with environmental services, dietary services, and patient transport as needed to support care delivery.
• Set up and retrieve telehealth carts and manage supply and equipment across units.
