UPMC is seeking a Patient & Family Concierge, Senior to provide compassionate service to patients, families, and visitors throughout their hospital stay. You will assist with destination coordination, transport, environmental services, dietary support, and administrative tasks to ensure an exceptional experience.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, quality of care, and collaboration with hospital staff to streamline daily operations and enhance the patient journey from arrival to discharge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or one year of previous job experience in lieu of HS Diploma/GED.
• 6 months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Gt. patients and families warmly, provide directions and escort to destinations while respecting privacy.
• Coordinate patient and visitor transport, environmental services, dietary and supply/ equipment needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain patient satisfaction from first to last impression.
• Support with parking, records, and unit logistics as part of daily operations.
