• Destination Coordination: Greets patients and families warmly and provides directions and escort assistance to ensure arrival at the right destination.
• Environmental Services: Keeps patient areas clean and organized, reports maintenance issues.
• Dietary Services: Assists with meal delivery and tray setup following dietary guidelines.
• Transportation Services: Transports patients and equipment safely between units.
• Telehealth Cart Retrieval and Set Up: Retrieves telehealth cart and ensures setup and teardown as scheduled.
• Supply & Equipment Management: Organizes supply room and delivers supplies and equipment to units.
• General: Answers phones, responds to call lights, and supports staff and patients as needed.
