Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland is seeking a Clerical Assistant for the NE Rehab 507 Building to provide scheduling and support at the front desk and clinic. This patient-facing role ensures smooth daily operations and a welcoming experience for visitors.

The position is full-time with a day shift. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience and familiarity with MS Office; experience in medical settings and with EPIC is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• Experience using MS Office Suite.
• Experience in a medical environment or Rehab field preferred.
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs (EPIC) preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling and front desk support in the clinic.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out as needed.
• Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
