Loyola Medicine is seeking a Service Representative for Primary Care in Melrose Park, IL. This full-time role supports patient registration, appointment scheduling, care coordination, and smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet patients, manage phone calls, input demographic and insurance data into the system, and assist with referrals and future appointments. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or High School level of education, required.
• Associate's degree, preferred
• At least one (1) year of work history, required.
• Experience in general administration, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the physician practice and set a positive tone for their visit.
• Answer office phones professionally and assist callers by scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
• Efficiently check in patients, collect demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details.
• Assist patients during the check-out process, provide guidance on referral processing, and schedule future appointments.
