As a key member of the Primary Care team , the Service Representative is often the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, this patient-facing role is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, care coordination, and supporting efficient clinic operations. Through outstanding customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail, the Service Representative helps ensure smooth patient flow, reduce wait times, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold Loyola Medicine's mission, vision, and values.
Minimum Education:
GED or High School level of education, required.
Associate's degree, preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of work history, required.
Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00- $24.44 per hour
