Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians,Inc is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Family Physicians of Gahanna location. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-in, data entry, insurance verification, copay collection, and appointment coordination to ensure a smooth patient visit.

Work is full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday with varied shifts from 7:30am to 6:00pm, in Gahanna, OH.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Required: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete check-in procedures, including data entry and insurance verification.
• Collect copays, deductibles and outstanding balances.
• Answer phone calls and emails; schedule appointments and reminders.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
