Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Two years of experience in medical practice administration or similar healthcare role.
• Proficient typing and experience with Windows and multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and families.
• Obtain/verify patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system.
• Schedule patient appointments, including referrals and tests.
• Greet patients professionally in person and by phone.
