Munson Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Medical Business Associate (Receptionist) for the Neurology Clinic. You will be the first point of contact, handling patient and insurance information, and scheduling appointments with a focus on courtesy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and multiple computer systems.
• Associate Degree preferred for Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients and families; greet professionally.
• Obtain/verify patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system.
• Schedule patient appointments, including referrals and tests.
• Set the tone for visits and respond to patients and families effectively.
