Munson Healthcare in Traverse City is seeking a Medical Business Associate (Receptionist) for a day shift. You will be the first contact for patients and families, entering patient and insurance data into the registration system and scheduling appointments as needed.

You will greet patients professionally and respond to inquiries, ensuring an exceptional experience of care. High school diploma or GED required, with 6–12 months of customer service experience preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

• You are the first point of contact for patients and families, setting a positive tone for care, wellness, and healing.
• Obtain/verify all required patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system accurately.
• Schedule patient appointments, including return visits, referrals, and tests/procedures.
