Job summary

The ideal candidate will help maintain a professional atmosphere and enhance patient experiences by greeting visitors, managing records, and ensuring all paperwork is correct.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare front office for daily activities.
• Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct.
• Collect copay if necessary and issue receipt.
• Notify physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient information in AthenaOne and Phreesia databases.
• Answer telephones and transfer caller to appropriate staff member.
• Help create an extraordinary patient experience.
